Box Tops 4 Education Fundraiser
We will be collecting your box tops for education labels for the school. Box Tops 4 Education are found on a variety of General Mills products, such as Cheerios, Pillsbury items, Hamburger Helper, Ziploc bags and more. Cut out rectangle that says Box Tops and our school earns $.0.10 for every label that we submit. Go to www.boxtops4education.com for information on products that are eligible. If every student just gives us 10 box top labels we will raise $1,400.
This fundraiser does not cost participants any money or rewards. It is easy money. If you don't participate - you will just be recycling these box-tops in the recycling bin.
MCPS Volunteer Training
According to a new MCPS policy, anyone volunteering in a school in any capacity, must complete a training regarding how to recognize and report child abuse and neglect. There is an online version available at http://www.montgomeryschoolsmd.org/childabuseandneglect/ . If you need access to a computer to undergo this training (very easy and takes about 35 minutes) we can make a computer station available for you at our next school event. Please let us know if you need this service. Email RCMSPTSA2016@gmail. We thank you for your support of Roberto Clemente Middle School.
